Billing and Payments Policy
Effective: March 30, 2026
1. Scope
This Billing and Payments Policy explains how paid access works for Pulsor plans purchased through cryptocurrency checkout.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Billing Model
Pulsor paid plans are provided on a prepaid access-window basis for crypto checkout.
- You pay in advance for a selected billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
- Crypto checkout is not an auto-renewing card subscription.
- We do not automatically charge your wallet or a payment mandate.
- If you want to continue paid access, you must renew manually before your access end date.
3. Payment Confirmation and Activation
- Access is activated only after on-chain payment confirmation is received and accepted by our payment flow.
- Network congestion, confirmations, and provider processing may affect timing.
- If a payment is not fully confirmed, expires, or fails, access is not activated for that order.
4. Access Window and Renewals
When a payment is successfully completed:
- Your selected plan is applied to your account.
- Your access end date is calculated using an extend model: if you have active paid time remaining, the new paid period is added to your current access window; if your paid access has already expired, the new period starts from the current time.
Important exception: when upgrading from Pro to Premium, the Premium period starts from the current time and remaining Pro time is not carried over.
5. Plan Changes
Checkout is designed for upgrades and renewals.
- Upgrading to a higher tier is supported.
- Renewing the same tier with a longer or equal period is supported.
- Downgrades and shorter-period switches may be restricted in checkout and can require a separate flow.
6. Pricing, Quotes, and Network Fees
- Plan prices are shown in USD-equivalent terms.
- Crypto quotes are indicative until a payment address/session is generated.
- The exact amount to send is fixed for the generated payment session and may expire.
- Blockchain network fees (gas/miner/validator fees) are paid separately by the user and are not included in plan price.
- Sending the wrong asset, wrong network, or wrong amount can lead to payment failure or loss.
7. No Refunds Policy (Crypto Payments)
All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable.
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:
- We do not provide refunds for completed crypto payments.
- We do not provide chargebacks.
- We do not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time after activation.
Please review your selected plan, billing period, network, and payment details before confirming payment.
8. Cancellation
Because crypto checkout is prepaid and non-recurring:
- There is no recurring charge to cancel.
- Paid access remains active until the current access end date.
- Access expires automatically at the end date if you do not renew.
9. Exceptions
If required by applicable law, or in case of a verified technical fault directly caused by Pulsor (for example, duplicate charge due to system error), we may review exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Compliance
We may delay, reject, or revoke service activation where required for fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, sanctions compliance, legal obligations, or security reasons.
11. Payment Records and Support
Payment history is available in account settings where supported by the product UI.
For support requests, include:
- Account email
- Payment timestamp
- Network and asset used
- Transaction hash (txid)
- Order/reference identifier shown in checkout
12. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is published at this page and applies from its stated "Last updated" date, unless required otherwise by law.
