By accessing or using Pulsor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pulsor is an AI-powered trading journal platform. It provides trade logging, analytics, AI-generated insights, strategy management, and platform sync features. Pulsor is not a financial advisor, broker, or trading platform. We do not execute trades on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Abuse AI features (e.g., prompt injection, excessive automated requests)
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Pulsor offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed as described in our Billing and Payments Policy. All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI features provide informational insights only. They are not financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Pulsor. Your trading data and content remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
